¿COMO FUERON MIS NAVIDADES EN MI INFANCIA ?

¿HOW WERE MY CHRISTMAS IN MY CHILDHOOD?
Pues para mí las navidades durante mi infancia fueron buenas, no me quejo, a pesar de que en casa no se celebraban con mucha alegría ya que vivíamos mi abuela, una tía que era discapacitada visual , mi mamá, una prima, mi hermano y yo. Acá no se usaba la cena navideña,esa tradición la implemente yo luego de vivir fuera de casa ,pero se hacían las hallacas recuerdo que solo con carne de cochino ,cochino criado en el fondo y lo mataban el 22 de diciembre, bastante cebollín , cebolla, aji dulce, alcaparras, aceitunas y pasas,y se hacían con masa de maíz pilado ,ahh y no se le decía hallacas le decían pasteles jajaja no se porque le decían así, y lo mejor era que se regalaban y nos regalaban hallacas a nosotros, no conocí el pan de jamón sino cuando salí del pueblo, pero mi abuela hacia un dulce de lechosa muy sabroso, ya cuando tenía 14 años yo elaboraba los arbolitos hice con hilo pabilo, con ramas secas y algo que llamaban espuma era un jabón , con papel aluminio, en la pared con las guirnaldas, hasta que me fui, recuerdo que en la escuela se hacia un intercambio de regalos,cada uno de nosotros del salón sacaba un papelito con el nombre del compañero a quien se le tenía que hacer un regalo, eso era muy bonito y aguantando las ganas de decir quién era el compañero jajaja 😂😂😂, las parrandas se cruzaban en la calle, mi papá era un parrandero de primera , tocaba cuatro y cantaba aguinaldos, ya después que crecimos lo acompañabamos el 31 después que finalizaba el año , siempre mi hermano y yo tuvimos nuestros regalos de niño Jesús hasta los 8 años más o menos , con mucho sacrificio lo compraba mi papá o mi mamá,a esa edad yo descubrí que el niño Jesús era mi mamá,ya que mi papá no vivía con nosotros, cuando descubrí eso le conté a mi hermano y ya no hubo regalo en la cama , pero no le dijimos a la prima que era más pequeña que nosotros y a ella mis tíos le enviaban el regalo desde San Félix, Estado Bolívar, claro mi hermano y yo no sabíamos eso, nos mandaban a dormir temprano para que pudiera venir el niño Jesús , jajaja 😂😂 .

Lo bueno y divertido era el día 25 salíamos todos los niños a ver qué nos puso el niño Jesús, jajaja así era que decíamos , que te puso el niño Jesús? 😂😂 Y era todo una algarabía en la calle, éramos familias de escasos recursos económicos pero esos regalos no faltaban , mi hermano y yo estrenabamos el 24, 25, 31 y 1ero de enero, mi mamá era costurera y nos hacía la ropa , era emocionante esperar ver la ropa y los zapatos nos los compraban en Carúpano,eso era lo máximo cuando nos decian el día tal vamos a carúpano a comprar los zapatos, lo hacíamos voz populi jajaja, porque nos iban a llevar a la ciudad 🤭🤭y esos zapatos eran intocables hasta el 24 😂😂😂.

Salíamos a la capilla a ver el nacimiento temprano, debo decir que hacían unos pesebres o nacimiento en la capilla muy bonitos , las personas que lo o hacían tenían una creatividad maravillosa, y a estar en la calle un rato tanto el 24 cómo el 31 , cuando daban las doce de la noche mi abuela y mi mamá lloraban mucho por los familiares que ya no estaban físicamente y yo también lloraba , pero no entendía bien y luego era la alegría y algarabía que salía toda la gente a dar el feliz año, era muy bonito eso , amén de la cantidad de fuegos artificiales que sonaban a las 12 en punto.

De esa época de diciembre no tengo fotos, ya que eso era muy raro ver una cámara fotográfica por acá, ahhh se me olvidaba al lado de mi casa había un Bar, pero un bar sano jajaja y había una Rokola a la que se le metía una moneda , se marcaba la letra y el número y sonaba una canción, siempre se escuchaba pa Maracaibo me voy , faltan cinco pa las doce , las canciones de Nancy Ramos , la billos, los melódicos, los topotopos y muchas otras.

De verdad que para mí fue una época muy, muy bonita y luego que salí del pueblo siempre se venían a mi mente esos momentos y los añoraba y los añoro todavía, pero no se puede devolver el tiempo y hay que seguir adelante.
