Hola Hiveros!, quiero compartir con ustedes el día estupendo que tuve el día de hoy con motivo de un cumpleaños familiar... 🙌
Para empezar, la cumpleañera en este caso es mi mamá y, como es tradición, fuimos hasta la casa de mi abuela en el otro punto cardinal de mi ciudad para celebrarlo en familia y así también disfrutar con mi tía y prima que llegaron justo ayer a la ciudad desde Valencia.
Apenas llegamos a la casa, comenzamos a preparar lo que se iba a hacer para el almuerzo ya que era medio día, decidimos hacer una parrilla y los ingredientes básicos ya los habíamos comprado el día anterior para no dar carreras a ultima hora.
Mientras se cocinaba la carne y como había hambre, se repartió unas galletas tipo pasta seca y palmeritas de hojaldre con refresco. La carne estuvo algo tarde pero no fue impedimento para pasar un buen rato en familia y compartir que es lo más importante.
Y para terminar el día, llegó el momento de cantar el cumpleaños para mi mamá junto a la torta tres leches que le compramos esta mañana, estuvo muy buena!
Y por ultimo, desearle un muy buen cumpleaños para mi mamá, que siga cumpliendo muchos años más y que este día haya sido de felicidad para ella! 🎂

Hello Hiveros, I want to share with you the great day I had today on the occasion of a family birthday.... 🙌
To begin with, the birthday girl in this case is my mom and, as it is tradition, we went to my grandmother's house in the other cardinal point of my city to celebrate it as a family and also enjoy with my aunt and cousin who arrived just yesterday to the city from Valencia.
As soon as we arrived at the house, we started to prepare what was going to be made for lunch since it was noon, we decided to make a grill and we had already bought the basic ingredients the day before so as not to rush at the last minute.
While the meat was cooking and as we were hungry, we distributed some dry pasta cookies and puff pastry with soda. The meat was a little late but it was not an impediment to have a good time with the family and to share, which is the most important thing.
And to end the day, it was time to sing the birthday song for my mom with the tres leches cake we bought her this morning, it was very good!
And finally, I wish a very good birthday to my mom, may she continue to celebrate many more years and that this day has been a happy one for her! 🎂
