1 Thessalonians 5:15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
The natural tendency of the natural man is to revenge (render evil for evil) whenever he's offended.
It's common to see him boil in anger till he's finally convinced that the other party has paid for his offense.
But, as believers, we have been sanctified unto Christ and the Master is saying today "don't render evil for evil".
Don't destroy their image because they destroyed yours. Don't abuse them because they abused you. Don't slap because they slapped you.
The Almighty God is the one who revenge for us. He'll fight our battles while we hold our peace.
Let us continue in His goodness. Let people know us for the good things we do. So shall we reap our harvest in abundance.

Dear Lord, thank you for your goodness in our lives. Thank you for not dealing with us according to our mistakes. Please help us to continue in good works till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
