The earth does not belong to him, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and all they dwell therein. The Lord stands as Overseer over the works of His hands; no power anywhere can mess up His world and no situation can stand the thrust of His Word.
He upholds all things by the Word of His power. The devil no doubt is a big deviant; but, the eternal truth is that he cannot succeed seeking to deviate to do his own at the expense of the allowances of the One Eternal God; Who stands as the Possessor of the heavens and the earth.
No matter the heat of the enemy which you feel around you; he cannot succeed in overthrowing your peace. He has simply come to show his presence while roaming. He is so “chained” that he does not score any point against you.
The enemy is roaming quite alright, but the Lord has not given you over to the enemy. It is forbidden for the enemy to have you. No matter how he rages, he is going to find you an impossible task to execute.
The God Who stands as Judge over all the earth, knows just how much you can handle. The advancement of the devil in your direction is highly monitored and he just can’t have his way.
The devil is roaming; but, nothing of his imaginations concerning you shall stand. He has never ceased to be a noise maker. Every move he makes in your direction shall project him as the defeated foe that he is.
The same way God has bounds set for the sea that, they turn not again to cover the earth; God has bounds set for the devil and he is seriously limited. This is the Lord’s world and not the devil’s. When he had the man Job as a target; he had a boundary set for him which was divinely spelt out and he was not allowed to violate it.

There is a hedge divinely set around you and no power big enough in hell can break through to get at you. No matter how much of the devil you feel around you, the Lord Whose you are has the enemy under check and he just can’t have his way.
