Gina smouldering in the smoke

in Lightpainters United4 years ago

Last night I made arrangements to meet a couple of models (as one does) in an abandoned monastery near me called Roche Abbey. We started taking a few shots and grabbed a few 'keepers' After about an hour we were asked to leave by the groundskeeper out walking her dog. She wasn't very polite but we decided to move on to another place a few miles away. I'm glad we did because I would never have got these shots of the unbelievable Gina:

As we arrived at the second choice location, we found someone had dumped a truck load of tyres right in the place we were trying to shoot. It turns out that tyres look great in the dark, as does Gina!

As the smoke pellet fades, I grabbed a few more shots:

And before we were kicked out of the first location, I managed to grab a few shots against the ancient stonework:

All of the above images were shot in one photographic exposure and are not Photoshop creations.

About me:
I usually specialise in shooting lightpainting images but occasionally dabble in urbex and artistic model photography. I'm always on the lookout for someone to collaborate with; please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to create art.
