@deivid.son, de los 3 yo fui el que más tarde llegó así que hice mi rutina muy reducida, pero abarcando igualmente lo que me tocaba.
Tras ponerme las vendas y calentar un poco, realicé algunos intentos de 360 y limpie la barra con una lija que trajimos ya que nunca le damos mantenimiento y por culpa de la cal y el magnesio tiene unos grumos terribles, tras algunos intentos más en la barra baja me pase a realizar normalmente mi rutina, comencé con 2 series de 10 repeticiones de pull ups, con descansos de 3 minutos para todo, seguido a eso me pase a las anillas a realizar aguantes al fallo de tuck advance llegando a un máximo de 17 segundos cronometrados en la segunda serie, en la primera y la tercera solo llegué a 15 segundos, así que en adelante practicaré para tener la pull en tuck advance, tras esas 3 series me uni a la los muchachos, cesar en ese momento me coloco a hacer aguantes de 5 segundos en tuck advance, seguido de 3 pull ups y seguido nuevamente por otros 5 segundos de aguante en tuck advance, esto lo realice por 3 series y culmine con un aguante al fallo de 12 segundos en tuck advance, tras eso descanse un rato antes de culminar con 2 series de pelícano con mala postura todavía ya que aún levanto la pelvis al jalar y rompo la postura, aún estoy puliendo el ejercicio, pero se que pronto lo tendré mejor.
Poco después nos fuimos a la farmacia y compramos un refresco para dar por acabado el día, fue un buen entreno💪🏽

@deivid.son. Of the three of us, I was the last to arrive, so my routine was very short, but I still covered what I needed to.
After putting on my wraps and warming up a bit, I did a few attempts at 360s and cleaned the bar with some sandpaper we brought, since we never maintain it and the limescale and magnesium have created terrible clumps. After a few more attempts on the low bar, I moved on to my normal routine. I started with two sets of 10 pull-ups, with three-minute breaks between sets. Following that, I went to the rings to do tuck advance holds to failure, reaching a maximum of 17 seconds on the second set. On the first and third sets, I only reached 15 seconds, so from now on I'll practice to get the tuck advance pull-up. After those three sets, I joined the guys. Cesar then had me do five-second tuck advance holds, followed by three pull-ups, and then another five-second tuck advance hold. I did this for three sets and finished with a 12-second hold to failure. I did a tuck advance, then rested for a bit before finishing with two sets of pelican raises. My form was still a bit off, as I was still lifting my pelvis when pulling and breaking the posture. I'm still refining the exercise, but I know I'll get it better soon.
Shortly after, we went to the pharmacy and bought a soda to end the day. It was a good workout! 💪🏽
