Basic Plank Training.

Bueno muchachos el día de hoy el entrenamiento fue de básicos de plancha y hanstand ya que bueno importante tener una base sólida y a veces hago estos tipos de entrenamiento y siento que me han dado resultado.
Well, guys, today's training focused on basic planks and handstands, since it's important to have a solid foundation, and sometimes I do these types of workouts and feel like they've worked for me.
Empezando por push-ups en lean plancha haciendo varias repeticiones peor sin llegar al fallo después de ese ejercicio fue isométrico de lean planch, después empezamos con el hanstand que fueron los intentos de push-ups trate de hacer 10 repeticiones en total ya que todavía no las hago seguidas y por último ejercicio negativas de hanstand push-ups y eso sería todo por hoy.
Starting with push-ups in a lean plank position, doing several reps but not to failure, followed by an isometric lean plank exercise. Then we started with handstands, which were attempts at push-ups. I tried to do 10 reps in total, as I can't do them consecutively yet. Finally, we did negative handstand push-ups, and that was it for today.
