Saludos compañeros de Hive y SWC, hace algunas semanas tuve una caída que me lesiono el codo, y me impidió hacer algunas cosas durante un tiempo, pero ya me estoy recuperando y volviendo poco a poco.
Greetings fellow Hive and SWC members, a few weeks ago I had a fall that injured my elbow, and prevented me from doing some things for a while, but I am now recovering and gradually returning.
En esta fotografías que les estoy compartiendo fue mi entrenamiento del día de ayer, enfocado en hacer combos de Estáticos, realizando algunas variaciones de la full planche y front levers, solo hice combos ya que aún no puedo darle mucha carga al codo haciendo rutinas, entonces me he mantenido haciendo combos de freestyle y Estáticos, pero ya pronto vuelvo a los entrenamientos, me molesta un poco estar así ya que no puedo entrenar cómodamente pero ahí es donde entra la disciplina, dónde hay que seguir y seguir a pesar de las dificultades.
In these photos I'm sharing, you can see my training from yesterday, focused on static combos, including some variations of the full planche and front levers. I only did combos because I still can't put much strain on my elbows with routines, so I've been keeping up with freestyle and static combos. But I'll be back to full training soon. It bothers me a little to be like this because I can't train comfortably, but that's where discipline comes in—where you have to keep going despite the difficulties.
