Hola #Hive espero se encuentren muy bien, este dia les traigo una rutina bastante inicial para aquellas personas que estan empezando con sus entrenamientos y no saben como progresar con rutinas de jale, aqui les traigo una rutina especificamente para ello, de la cual nos puede ayudar a una mayor serie progresiva en ejercicios de jale a nivel principiante, para asi ir aumentando mas nuestras rutinas de tal forma que ya sean mas avanzadas, sin mas preambulo a continuacion nuestro video, imagenes y explicaciones mas concletas sobre esta rutina

Cabe destacar que en el video estaran explicados todos loes ejercicios. Tambien en esta rutina no hay una serie de repeticiones o series ya que las deben acoplar al nivel muscular y fuerza que tengan.
