Street Workout Community Yo soy Rousbert (@rousbertsw99). Hoy día les comparto una pequeña recopilación, sobre la "Amplicación de Barras" que se estuvo realizando en mi parque de entreno "Las Ballenitas". Este primer día no pude asistir a la hora ya que me encontraba en el liceo y además, tuve que hacer unas deligencias de documentos, ya que como sabrán estudio en un Liceo Técnico por lo cual debemos pasar por el "Proceso de pasantías". Sin embargo, al terminar de sacar dichos documentos, me acerqué al parque donde aún seguían los muchachos, asegurándose de que nadien se acercará a la zona y esperar que se fueran las personas que la rodeaban, yo, siendo el que vive más cerca, me quedé un rato dándoles compañía.
Por ello, hoy les comparto estas imágenes, propiedad de uno de mis compañeros, el cual les pedí para compartirles a todo ustedes desde mis palabras, todas las emociones que tengo gracias a este proyecto que se estuvo realizando en "Las Ballenitas". Sin más que decir, ¡¡Veamos el proceso de construcción!!. 💪🏼🥰

Street Workout Community I am Rousbert (@rousbertsw99). Today I share with you a little compilation, about the "Bars Amplification" that was taking place in my training park "Las Ballenitas". This first day I could not attend at the time because I was in high school and also, I had to do some paperwork, because as you know I study in a Technical High School so we must go through the "Internship Process". However, when I finished getting those documents, I went to the park where the boys were still there, making sure that no one would approach the area and waiting for the people around them to leave, I, being the one who lives closest, stayed for a while giving them company.
Therefore, today I share with you these images, property of one of my colleagues, which I asked them to share with you all from my words, all the emotions that I have thanks to this project that was being carried out in "Las Ballenitas". Without more to say, let's see the construction process!!. 💪🏼🥰
• Últimamente muchas personas se han estado acercando al parque para entrenar, por lo cual debíamos turnarnos o hacer espera de que alguno terminará, para luego nosotros y las nuevas personas que se querían andentrar a la disciplina deportiva "Street Workout", poder realizar o practicar algún truco dinamico o estático.. cosa que también se nos hacía riesgoso ya que las barras originalmente no estaban pensadas para realizar dichos movimientos. 🤸🏻♂️
• Lately many people have been coming to the park to train, so we had to take turns or wait for someone to finish, and then we and the new people who wanted to enter the sport discipline "Street Workout", to perform or practice some dynamic or static trick.. something that was also risky because the bars were not originally designed to perform such movements. 🤸🏻♂️
• Antes de empezar quiero decirles que este es el parque donde entreno desde hace unos 3 años y empecé con la Calistenia, por lo que es de gran importancia para mi que se lleve a cabo este proyecto. 🙏🏼💜
• Before I start I want to tell you that this is the park where I have been training for about 3 years and I started Calisthenics, so it is of great importance to me that this project is being carried out. 🙏🏼💜
• El proceso de construcción inició el pasado Miércoles (Fecha 15/03); dónde a una hora aproximada
a las 9:30 AM se reunieron y esperaron al soldador con todas las herramientas para iniciar con el trabajo. Luego tomaron medidas para saber dónde se abrirían los agujeros para colocar la placas donde se colocarían las bases estrucurales de las barras. ⛏️
• The construction process started last Wednesday (Date 03/15); where at an approximate time of 9:30 AM they met and waited for the welder with all the tools to start the work. Then they took measurements to know where the holes would be drilled to place the plates where the structural bases of the bars would be placed. ⛏️
• Una placa con 4 cabillas de metal soldadas, con la función de ser enterradas al cemento dar un buen soporte a la placa, a partir de ella, soldar los tubos estrucurales.
• A plate with 4 welded metal rods, with the function of being buried in the cement to give a good support to the plate, from which the structural tubes were welded.
• Luego de cavar, medir, y proyectar como se colocarán las barras, se añadió cemento en los agujeros junto a las placas. Para después esperar al siguiente día para qué el cemento secará y así poder soldar los tubos estrucurales. ⚒️
• After digging, measuring, and projecting how the bars will be placed, cement was added in the holes next to the plates. Then wait until the next day for the cement to dry so that the structural tubes can be welded. ⚒️
