





También tuve una corta sesión de freestyle en el Parque Metropolitano con mis compañeros. Allí estuve ayudando a un amigo que quiere sacar el front lever, y le di una rutina sencilla que incluía solo 3 ejercicios: aguantes en tuck avanzado, pull-ups en tuck y pull-ups australianas, además de su rutina de jalón que ya venía haciendo.
Fuera de eso, tuve un día tranquilo. Temprano, cuando entrené front lever, vino un amigo y entrenó conmigo. También hice unos trabajos para el liceo, y cuando llegué de entrenar, después de descansar y cenar, estuve tocando la guitarra. Ahora me estoy aprendiendo una canción que me gusta mucho: se llama Creep y es de la banda Radiohead.
I started with a 2,2,2 front lever combo for 3 sets—that means 2 pull-ups, 2 presses, and 2 seconds of hold (though I held it for longer). Then I did 3 sets of touch holds plus 3 assisted pull-ups with resistance bands, 3 sets of 5 pull-ups with band assistance, 3 sets of one-arm front lever holds with bands to clean up form, and finished with 3 sets of tuck advanced pull-up combos.
I also had a short freestyle session at the Metropolitan Park with my teammates. There, I helped a friend who wants to unlock the front lever. I gave him a simple routine with just 3 exercises: tuck advanced holds, tuck pull-ups, and Australian pull-ups, plus his usual pulling routine.
Outside of that, I had a calm day. Early on, when I trained front lever, a friend came over and trained with me. I also did some schoolwork, and after training, once I rested and had dinner, I spent some time playing guitar. I’m currently learning a song I really like called Creep by the band Radiohead.
