








Bueno, quise iniciar la semana muy activo, así que me desperté temprano y salí a trotar durante media hora. Luego, al mediodía, como me sentía un poco mal y cargado de "malas energías", por así decirlo, quise salir con mi bicicleta y me dirigí a una plaza que queda cerca de donde vivo. Allí pasé un rato escuchando música y reflexionando. La verdad, sí me sentí mejor con eso. Luego, cuando regresé a mi casa, estuve ayudando con algunas cosas y aproveché de tocar la guitarra, además de hacer un trabajo.
Ya en la tarde me fui a la casa de un amigo porque habíamos quedado en entrenar juntos hoy, así que me fui a su casa y tuvimos un entrenamiento de plancha juntos, cada uno con su rutina. Rutina con la cual no cumplí, ya que entrené por sensación hoy. Bueno, hoy empecé mi entrenamiento con un intento de full planche en el cual pude aguantar el isométrico por 3 segundos. Luego hice 3 series de aguantes en straddle, 3 series de aguantes en half, 3 series de 2 presses de ranita avanzada más holding, 3 series de aguantes en tuck planche con las paralelas simulando una barra (es decir, tuck supina) y terminé con 3 series por una press de tuck planche. Ya para mañana tengo pensado ir de nuevo para Nueva Jayana con un amigo para tener una buena sesión de freestyle.
Well, I wanted to start the week very active, so I woke up early and went jogging for half an hour. Later in the afternoon, I went to a friend's house because we had planned to train together today, so I went to his house and we had a planche workout together, each with their own routine. A routine which I didn't fully follow, as I trained by feel today. Well, today I started my workout with a full planche attempt in which I was able to hold the isometric for 3 seconds. Then I did 3 series of straddle holds, 3 series of half holds, 3 series of 2 advanced frog presses plus holding, 3 series of tuck planche holds with the parallettes simulating a bar (that is, supinated tuck) and I finished with 3 series for a tuck planche press. For tomorrow, I plan to go back to Nueva Jayana with a friend to have a good freestyle session.
