INDICACIONES: Cada ejercicio consta de realizarlo en secuencia de culimnar el otro para trabajar intensidad y el abd se acostumbre, una vez culimando todo podemos darnos un descanso de 1min y repetir nuevamente los ejercicios.
INDICATIONS: Each exercise consists of performing it in sequence to work on the intensity and to get used to it, once we have completed all the exercises we can take a rest of 1 minute and repeat the exercises again..
