Things might be changing at Twitter soon if Elon Musk gets his way as the billionaire entrepreneur has his eyes set on owning 100% of the company which he refers to as the de facto public town square. Meanwhile the Quebec Public Health twitter account just accidentally tweeted out a porn link instead of data from the CDC and then stated “due to a situation beyond our control, a link with inappropriate content was posted on our Twitter account.” The organization says it is “looking for the causes” and apologized for the “inconveniences.”

Elon Musk is a Genius
If the board turns down his offer, he will sell his shares and Twitter's value will collapse prompting panic selling by shareholders.
If the board accepts, he will dictate what he wants and Twitter will be decentralized.
I also suspect it is Jack Dorsey behind Elon Musk's game plan.
