Gus Greensmith to have extensive testing program ahead of WRC Rally Croatia 2023

in Rallylast year

Hi, friends!

Briton Gus Greensmith won WRC2 category at Rally Mexico and I am the first one who didn't expect that to happen because there were some gravel specialists entered for this rally in WRC2 Škoda machinery, the same as Greensmith, but guys who drive that cars for some time and who are very fast.

One of them is current WRC2 champion Emil Lindholm who finished 2nd overall on Mexico gravel and we all know how fast you must be to be the WRC2 champion.

One more driver finished behind Greensmith and I am talking about the star in making - Oliver Solberg who won the same category at WRC Rally Sweden last month.

I am thinking that Greensmith is finally heading into the right direction and it can be only better then now because he is a driver with a big budget behind him and that's very important in motorsport.

He is currently in Spain testing with Škoda on the tarmac and at the start of April he will drive a small rally in Croatia to prepare as best as possible for the Croatian event of the World Rally Championship.

I heard also that he will be doing more testing just after that small event and that's only good for him. The more miles you do, the better it is for your confidence, nothing else.
