Surprising to see the report that people from low-income regions suffer more from diseases related to inactivity. I think the reverse should be the case. People from low-income countries work menial jobs more and these jobs are quite demanding on the physical side. this is unlike most jobs in developed countries where you sit down staring at the screen for a major part of the day.

Being a low-income earner hardly means that you live sedentarily. Farmers, traders, vulcanizers, teachers, etc all work their asses off for pennies around here. Nevertheless, the message in your post is clear. Inactivity is dangerous and lead to several health problems.

Even I wanted to find the answer when I read > low-income regions suffer more from diseases related to inactivity. So I searched and found out the answer. What they meant was people in poor countries did not find proper opportunities to stay active. They were too busy earning their livelihood sitting doing jobs that needed no physical activity or had no time for proper workouts. Thanks for reading.
