I think there is something to be said for a fantasy world. People have been reaching out for it for ages. Perhaps through religion, certainly through stories and literature. More recently television and video games. I have to admid in many respects the virtual world is not too shabby. You can play in a world that has no mosquitoes! lol.
Probably true. But, at some point, you need to come in out of the dark and face the light, no? Fantasy is just that and is reality that bad? Probably not as bad as people think, just easier to slip away into the cyberworld/fantasy world.

If mosquitos never bite you, then you live a charmed life. If you live a charmed life, then there would be no need/desire for fantasy... You see?
