Desde Aliento queremos dedicar estas líneas a alguien que ha sido parte fundamental del ecosistema de Hive y que, sin buscar protagonismo, ha sembrado oportunidades, ha impulsado proyectos y ha creído en muchos cuando más lo necesitaban. Hablamos de @theycallmedan.
El año pasado, Dan atravesó un momento de salud muy delicado que lo llevó a una cirugía de emergencia. Aquí puedes leer más al respecto.
Fue un golpe fuerte, de esos que nos recuerdan que detrás de cada cuenta hay una persona real, con familia, con miedos, con esperanza. Hoy, nuevamente, se prepara para entrar al quirófano, esta vez con el objetivo de mejorar su calidad de vida y fortalecer su salud.
Dan, ha sido una de esas ballenas que no solo apoyan con recursos, sino con presencia, confianza y visión. Muchos creadores, proyectos y comunidades (incluido Aliento) hemos sentido ese respaldo, directa o indirectamente.
En Web3 solemos hablar de descentralización, de libertad financiera, de creación de contenido y de comunidades digitales. Pero hay algo aún más poderoso que todo eso: la conexión humana que se forma cuando caminamos juntos.
Hoy queremos detenernos un momento y recordar algo importante:
Somos una blockchain, sí. Pero también somos personas.
Y cuando uno de los nuestros atraviesa un momento así, la comunidad también lo acompaña.
