Cada día entre los quehaceres cotidianos intento apartar un breve espacio para ensimismarme en algún pensamiento vago que pueda atravesar mi mente ese dia, a veces sucede que puedo pasar días con un mismo asunto en mente, intentando deambular por ideas, planteamientos absurdeces e hipótesis mentales sobre el asunto que ocupe mis pensamientos. Últimamente he estado reflexionando acerca de lo que es #hive, de hecho intente hacer una especie de Aproximación filosófica, también intente hacer un planteamiento sobre la naturaleza del upvote, e incluso intenté esbozar mis criterios sobre el concebir a hive como una empresa, en sentido estricto una Startup, pero, pensando en el orden de ideas, no me parece que he sido lo más prolijo posible, creo que el desorden meditativo refleja un poco mi ejercicio aleatorio reflexivo.
Uno de los asuntos que ha mantenido ocupadas a mis neuronas es la pregunta ¿Cómo construir Web3 si no soy un desarrollador? Pero antes de responder esta cuestión es necesario entender que es Web3, pero no me voy a detener a explicar qué es la web3 porque ya existe una buena documentación al respecto.
Pienso que a nivel tecnológico el salto no es tan grande como lo es a nivel filosófico, y más allá del código existe todo un componente humano que da sentido a lo que es la web3. Porque de manera muy resumida, la tecnología blockchain lo que intenta en sentido estricto es devolver la propiedad que nos fue arrebatada. Y bueno, quizá sea un poco dramático de mi parte decir que se nos fue arrebatado el sentido de propiedad, sino que lo cedimos por comodidad o tal vez pereza, dejamos en las manos de los demás asuntos como nuestros sistemas económicos, las decisiones sociales, nuestra libertad, el poder, la información. Es como si fuésemos dicho: “Que otro piense por nosotros”. Es decir, otorgamos un poder a un sistema que lo ha sabido aprovechar, o por qué piensas que la riqueza está puesta en las manos de unos pocos, y antes de que se me acuse de socialista o comunista por lo que voy a decir, creo que el sistema se ha encargado en la división de posturas que parecen no tolerarse la una de la otra.
Pienso que la Web3 está edificando con el propósito de ir más allá de todo lo que hasta ahora nos ha parecido normal. Por poner un ejemplo, a nivel financiero la tecnología blockchain proporciona las herramientas para que cada persona por medio de sus Wallets sea su propio banco. La web3 que por ahora sigue en fase beta, está desarrollando cada día nuevos protocolos que puedan proponer otros horizontes financieros y dejar en el pasado la dependencia de la banca que lo único que ha hecho en los últimos 100 años es generar y generar deuda. Ahora bien, volviendo al tema principal que hoy quiero desarrollar, es ¿Cómo construir web3 si no soy desarrollador? La mayoría de las personas que hacemos vida en la blockchain de Hive estamos construyendo web3, solo que esto no lo solemos reflexionar muy a menudo. Si eres creador de contenido, puedes pensar que Hive es una red social tokenizada, y bueno, si, en parte es cierto. Pero Hive es mucho más. Hive es una blockchain determinada, es decir, una propuesta para la construcción de web3. La mayoría hace vida aquí sin saber lo más mínimo de un lenguaje de programación, o de sistemas financieros, solo estamos esperando el 7mo día y que se haga efectiva la recompensa, que en sentido estricto no es una recompensa, es un incentivo por el hecho de invertir tiempo en la creación de contenido.
Cada post, cada comentario, cada voto positivo, cada transacción, es información que se aloja en un bloque de nuestra blockchain. Cada 3 minutos se genera un nuevo bloque que albergará una información determinada. La validación de los bloques y el soporte del sistema son los testigos, que básicamente disponen de sus servidores para que fluya la cadena de manera descentralizada, y digo descentralizada porque no son 5 testigos, son muchos en realidad y todos validan bloques en la medida que han escalado en la lista, mientras más cerca al número uno estés más posibilidades de validación posees, y parte del pre-minado de los tokens se distribuye entre los testigos. Por otra parte, los tokens minados van a lo que conocemos como piscina de recompensas, que se distribuye por medio de la curación.
Lo que quiero decir, es que toda acción es un aporte que hacemos por la construcción, la pregunta en este momento es que aunque no sepas nada de desarrollo blockchain, big data, finanzas o criptomonedas, como creador de contenido toda acción es parte de la construcción de la web3, por ello es que me detengo en esta oportunidad a escribir sobre esto, porque lo fundamental como creador de contenido (por poner un ejemplo) no es solo aportar valor creando post de calidad, sino pensar en que el post creado es un pequeño eslabón que forma parte del bloque que a su vez soporta toda la cadena. Mucho se dice, que lo que hacemos en Hive es inmutable, pero realmente entendemos qué es eso de la inmutabilidad de la cadena.
Como amante de la filosofía, hay palabras que requieren detenimiento porque simplemente su carga etimológica lo amerita. Inmutable es de esas palabras que exigen detenimiento. No se trata tampoco de hacer un análisis de la palabra, pero si la curiosidad te invade, pincha aquí para leer sobre la etimología de la palabra. En resumen, lo inmutable es lo que no puede cambiarse, es decir, que si hablamos de inmutabilidad en la cadena, es que toda acción queda para la posteridad tal cual ha sido ejecutada. Por eso, las mínimas acciones deben ser pensadas con cierta seriedad y detenimiento.
En algún momento escribí afirmando que nuestra necesidad de trascendencia puede ser satisfecha en Hive, porque imagina que tu descendencia en el caso que la tengas o la pienses tener, en un futuro lejano a tu muerte pueda tener acceso a todo lo que has dejado plasmado en Hive. Por eso te pregunto ¿Cómo te gustaría ser recordado por las futuras generaciones?
Podemos construir de manera colectiva la web3 gracias a la toma de decisiones individuales, que por más simples o insignificantes que puedan parecer, contribuyen en la edificación del futuro del internet. En otras palabras, tomarse con seriedad el asunto de crear contenido es el primero de los pasos. Siempre pensar que toda acción es un paso edificante. Por otro lado, siempre debemos estar dispuestos a aprender cosas nuevas, recuerda que la web3 es una tecnología en desarrollo, en construcción, y la tecnología es constantemente mejorada, así que siempre aprender cosas nuevas es intentar no quedarse atrás en el vertiginoso ritmo en el cual vivimos.
Puedes pensar en el asunto de la escalabilidad en Hive, en liderar un proyecto, simplemente ser creador de contenido, en construir un portafolio profesional, dedicarte a la venta de NFT o qué sé yo, sea lo que sea que pienses, debes proyectar una ruta de camino en miras a un objetivo medianamente claro, porque solo con enfoque o un atisbo de proyección profesional podemos encauzar las energías y recursos en generar valor. Si me preguntas cómo me veo en un futuro diré que como una ballena, pero estas respuestas son la punta del iceberg de lo que visualizo. Mi consejo es, aprópiate de lo que Hive te ha devuelto y no sabías, propiedad, libertad, generación de riqueza, y aprende cosas nuevas.
Soy de los que llegaron a Hive sin un atisbo de conocimiento sobre el HTML, marketing digital, diseño, marca personal, SEO, criptomonedas, finanzas y un montón de cosas más, no puedo decir que soy un experto, pero he perdido mucho de mi ingenuidad inicial. Every day in between the daily chores I try to set aside a brief space to absorb myself in some vague thought that may cross my mind that day, sometimes it happens that I can spend days with the same issue in mind, trying to wander through ideas, absurd approaches and mental hypotheses on the issue that occupies my thoughts. Lately I've been pondering about what #hive is, in fact try to make a kind of Philosophical Approach, also try to make an approach about the nature of upvote, and I even tried to outline my criteria on conceiving hive as a company, strictly speaking a Startup, but, thinking about the order of ideas, it doesn't seem to me that I have been as neat as possible, I think the meditative disorder reflects a bit of my random reflexive exercise.
One of the issues that has kept my neurons busy is the question How to build Web3 if I am not a developer? But before answering this question it is necessary to understand what Web3 is, but I am not going to stop to explain what Web3 is because there is already a good documentation about it.
I think that at a technological level the leap is not as big as it is at a philosophical level, and beyond the code there is a whole human component that gives meaning to what the web3 is. Because in a nutshell, blockchain technology is strictly speaking trying to give back the property that was taken away from us. And well, maybe it is a bit dramatic on my part to say that the sense of ownership was taken away from us, but we gave it up for convenience or perhaps laziness, we left in the hands of others issues such as our economic systems, social decisions, our freedom, power, information. It is as if we were saying: "Let someone else think for us". In other words, we give power to a system that has taken advantage of it, or why do you think that wealth is in the hands of a few, and before I am accused of being a socialist or communist for what I am about to say, I believe that the system has taken care of the division of positions that do not seem to tolerate each other.
I think that Web3 is building with the purpose of going beyond everything that until now has seemed normal to us. To give an example, at the financial level blockchain technology provides the tools for each person through their Wallets to be their own bank. The web3, which for now is still in beta phase, is developing every day new protocols that can propose other financial horizons and leave in the past the dependence on banking that the only thing it has done in the last 100 years is to generate and generate debt. Now, returning to the main topic that I want to develop today, is how to build web3 if I am not a developer? Most of us who make life on the Hive blockchain are building web3, we just don't think about it very often. If you're a content creator, you may think of Hive as a tokenized social network, and well, yes, that's partly true. But Hive is so much more. Hive is a deterministic blockchain, that is, a proposition for building web3. Most of us make life here without knowing the slightest thing about a programming language, or financial systems, we are just waiting for the 7th day and for the reward to become effective, which strictly speaking is not a reward, it is an incentive for the fact of investing time in the creation of content.
Every post, every comment, every positive vote, every transaction, is information that is stored in a block in our blockchain. Every 3 minutes a new block is generated that will host a certain information. The validation of the blocks and the support of the system are the tokens, which basically have their servers so that the chain flows in a decentralized manner, and I say decentralized because there are not 5 tokens, there are actually many and they all validate blocks as they have climbed the list, the closer to number one you are the more possibilities of validation you have, and part of the pre-mining of the tokens is distributed among the tokens. On the other hand, the mined tokens go to what we know as a reward pool, which is distributed by healing.
What I mean is that every action is a contribution we make for the construction, the question at this point is that even if you know nothing about blockchain development, big data, finance or cryptocurrencies, as a content creator every action is part of the construction of the web3, which is why I stop in this opportunity to write about this, because the fundamental thing as a content creator (to give an example) is not only to provide value by creating quality post, but to think that the post created is a small link that is part of the block that in turn supports the entire chain. It is often said that what we do at Hive is immutable, but we really understand what the immutability of the chain is.
As a lover of philosophy, there are words that require a lot of thought, because their etymological charge simply merits it. Immutable is one of those words that demand attention. We can collectively build the web3 by making individual decisions that, however simple or insignificant they may seem, contribute to building the future of the Internet. In other words, taking the issue of creating content seriously is the first step. Always think that every action is an edifying step. On the other hand, we must always be willing to learn new things, remember that the web3 is a developing technology, under construction, and technology is constantly being improved, so always learning new things is trying not to be left behind in the dizzying pace in which we live.
You can think about the issue of scalability in Hive, in leading a project, simply being a content creator, in building a professional portfolio, in selling NFT or what do I know, whatever you think, you must project a path towards a fairly clear objective, because only with focus or a glimpse of professional projection we can channel the energies and resources to generate value. If you ask me how I see myself in the future I will say as a whale, but these answers are the tip of the iceberg of what I visualize. My advice is, take hold of what Hive has given you back and you didn't know, ownership, freedom, wealth generation, and learn new things.
I am one of those who came to Hive without a hint of knowledge about HTML, digital marketing, design, personal branding, SEO, cryptocurrencies, finance and a lot of other things, I can't say I am an expert, but I have lost a lot of my initial naivety. Now, every time I can take a course, I watch videos, I research about everything that I know will bring a different point of view in relation to what I've been doing and not losing my mind everything said above, because the purpose is to build web3 in the best possible way, because its edification enables a countless number of possibilities that right now we can't imagine.

Muy buena reflexión @filoriologo. Podría ser visto también similar al incentivo que tienen los mineros por minar, solo que esto sería un poco más "social" u "orgánico" realizado por seres humanos, por lo que es más imperfecto que el algoritmo de una blockchain para otorgar incentivos.
Si, exacto. Los mineros ofrecen poder de computo, y los creadores proporcionamos tiempo, transacciones, tiempo, de hecho podría pensar en una especie de economía de la atención, pero eso es otro asunto, y como bien dices, el factor humano lo hace orgánico.
