Buenas mis hermanos, me ha costado mucha paciencia y por poco doy por perdido esta oportunidad, pero hoy, puedo decir que me aceptaron para trabajar como recepcionista, y ¡Ahora sí! quedé en el nuevo puesto de trabajo, estrenándome y entendiendo como es el turno de la noche, no me esperaba, honestamente, que fuera tan relax, es mucho mas tranquilo de lo que me esperaba aunque eso también va a depender de la cantidad de clientes, pero bueno, para ser un sábado, no fue tan difícil atender a los clientes, aunque obviamente, tuve mis errores como todo novato, les contaré mas o menos como fue todo el día o noche mejor dicho, durante mi turno.

Igual que como en la entrevista, no me esperaba ni de lejos que me fueran a llamar, es decir, ya habían pasado muchos días desde que me entrevistaron, y ya estaba considerando mas opciones, pero bueno, por fin, se dignaron a llamarme y a que me presentarme para mi primer día.

Esta vez si no hubo nada que me devolviera a casa, fue con la disposición a trabajar y justamente me ubicaron con mi compañero, que seria mi entrenador o algo así, donde e mostraría las labores que cumplimos la sección de recepción en el hotel.

on el pasar de las horas, las cosas fueron encajando, literalmente aparte de las responsabilidades con respecto a la puerta, a la limpieza del área, estaremos en constante atención tanto a las cámaras como al personal que ingresa, fueron muchas las cosas que iba aprendiendo, aunque por desgracia, no las pude anotar todas en la mente, si me quedo con lo mas esencial, que la entrega rápida de una habitación a la hora de que llega un cliente, y hacer la limpieza mas esmerada posible.

Lo bueno es que durante esas horas no estaré totalmente, pues de vez en cuando estaré en compañía con los nuevos compañeros de trabajo, que son en esencia, personas bastante tranquilas que solo quieren ganarse el pan, hasta ahora como primera impresión me caen bastante bien, y aunque parezca una minucia, es importante pues contribuye a llevar un buen ambiente de trabajo, y no una pesada, donde todos nos sentimos incomodos.
The good thing is that during those hours I won't be totally alone, because from time to time I will be in the company of my new colleagues, who are essentially quite calm people who just want to earn their living. So far, as a first impression, I like them quite a lot, and although it may seem a trifle, it is important because it contributes to a good working environment, and not a heavy one, where we all feel uncomfortable.
Aunque las tareas de la recepción son bastante variadas, haciendo un mezclado de Jardinero, Limpieza, Lava ventanas y seguridad, a lo que más atención le prestamos es a las cámaras de seguridad, están establecidas por todo el lugar y en sitios estratégicos, usualmente las usamos para ver los clientes que llegan y estar atentos a los dueños del hotel, que pasan por aquí muchas veces y están al tanto de si realizamos todas nuestras tareas, especialmente, las de limpieza.
Although the tasks of the reception are quite varied, doing a mix of Gardener, Cleaning, Window Washing and Security, what we pay more attention to is the security cameras, they are set up all over the place and in strategic places, we usually use them to see the clients that arrive and to be aware of the owners of the hotel, who pass by many times and are aware of whether we are doing all our tasks, especially the cleaning ones.
A pesar de que a muchos trabajar en horarios nocturnos no sea exactamente lo que mas les funcione o les guste, yo quede muy contento con lo que tenia que hacer y con las labores a realizar, mucho muy contento, he estado esperando hace mucho una oportunidad para poder despreocuparme de la situación de mi hogar, y comenzar a ahorrar en Hive mucho más. hasta ahora, siempre he dependido mucho de la plataforma, que si no fuera por ella de verdad no se donde estaría hoy día, pero viendo lo que a futuro será para mi, es necesario hacer este doble esfuerzo, el de tener un trabajo nocturno, y día aprovechar las horas libres para crear contenido y alimentar a la comunidad con comentarios, interacción con los panas, como he dicho hasta hoy, muchísimas gracias a todos los que han estado pendientes y en constante apoyo, de verdad que a ustedes el cielo les tiene que abrir las puertas por lo menos un ratico jajajaj, los quiero mucho mis hermanos y hermanas, espero pronto cobrar los frutos de mi trabajo y hacer la primera comprar con este oficio, mientras tanto veremos como se van desarrollando los eventos en esta nueva etapa de full working :P
