Justificación
Hace un par de días tuvimos otra muy grata experiencia en la ciudad de Barquisimeto llevando información sobre Hive a muchas más personas, esta vez fue en una emisora de radio perteneciente a la Arquidiócesis de la ciudad, ya que mi parroquia tiene un programa en este proyecto. Nuestro programa se llama "Conexiones" porque su objetivo es conectar no sólo directamente con Dios sino también con todas las cosas buenas que nos presenta la sociedad en general, y sin lugar a dudas Hive entra dentro de esta perspectiva.
La emisora se sintoniza en la ciudad por la 91.3 FM, pero lo interesante es que también tiene presencia online, por lo cual puede llegar a todo lugar donde haya una conexión a internet. El programa estrena cada lunes una nueva semana, lo que para mí es ya un signo de lo que buscamos con estos tipos de iniciativas dentro de Hive, lo cual es llevarles una nueva oportunidad a las personas donde expresar sus talentos, un lugar donde desarrollar sus capacidades y ser valoradas por ello.
Esto es algo tan grandioso que hasta un pequeño percance que tuvimos me hace pensar en ello. Resulta que al llegar al lugar de la emisora nos conseguimos con que la reja que conducía al cubículo estaba trancada, no la podíamos abrir, intentamos e intentamos y nada, tuvimos que esperar a uno de los señores que trabaja allí para que lo hiciera, lo logró, pero también le costó. Luego me enteré de que todo fue orquestado por Mark Zuckerberg, que se está dando cuenta que el imperio de la web 2.0 se está resquebrajando... La anécdota es real, la historia conspirativa me la he inventado, pero creo que aplica muy bien y se entiende la intención, ja, ja, ja.
Para la transmisión del programa estuve acompañado de otros grandiosos hivers de la ciudad, los que también estuvieron apoyando la charla sobre Hive en mi comunidad parroquial. Desde aquí nuevamente gracias por su apoyo: @zullyscott, @filoriologo, @yonnathang, @joheredia21. La locutora del programa es una joven de la parroquia que también es una hiver, @ariannybarco28, sólo que lleva tiempo sin actividad en la plataforma, pero ya la estamos animando de nuevo. Así pues, ese día la radio también se vistió de Hive a pesar del atentado que tuvimos al principio.
Justification
A couple of days ago we had another very pleasant experience in the city of Barquisimeto taking information about Hive to many more people, this time it was in a radio station belonging to the Archdiocese of the city since my parish has a program in this project. Our program is called "Connections" because its objective is to connect not only directly with God but also with all the good things that society, in general, presents us, and undoubtedly Hive falls within this perspective.
The station is tuned in the city on 91.3 FM but the interesting thing is that it also has an online presence, so it can reach any place where there is an internet connection. The program premieres every Monday a new week, which for me is already a sign of what we are looking for with these types of initiatives within Hive, which is to bring a new opportunity for people to express their talents, a place where they can develop their abilities and be valued for it.
This is such a great thing that even a little mishap we had makes me think about it. It turns out that when we arrived at the radio station we found that the gate leading to the cubicle was locked, we could not open it, we tried and tried and tried and nothing, we had to wait for one of the men who work there to do it, he did it but it also cost him. Then I found out that everything was orchestrated by Mark Zuckerberg who is realizing that the web 2.0 empire is cracking... The anecdote is real, I made up the conspiracy story but I think it applies very well and you can understand the intention, hahaha.
For the transmission of the program, I was accompanied by other great hivers of the city, who were also supporting the talk about Hive in my parish community. From here again thanks for your support: @zullyscott, @filoriologo, @yonnathang, @joheredia21. The announcer of the program is a young woman of the parish who is also an hiver, @ariannybarco28, only that she has not been active on the platform for some time but we are already encouraging her again. So that day the radio was also dressed in Hive despite the attack we had at the beginning.

Reto cumplido
No les voy a mentir diciéndoles que fue una tarea fácil nuestra presencia en la radio, ya que no se trataba sólo del hecho de hablar sobre Hive, sino de condensar un contenido que es complejo para el que nunca ha escuchado nada referente a la tecnología blockchain. Por otro lado, al ser un medio religioso, comenzamos haciendo referencia a una parábola bíblica: la de los talentos (San Mateo 25,14-30), en la cual Jesucristo habla de que un administrador que les dio diversos talentos a tres siervos, a uno 5, a otro 3 y al último 1. Los dos primeros multiplicaron lo que les fue dado y fueron felicitados a la vuelta de su amo, pero el tercero no hizo sino enterrar lo que le fue concedido, este fue fuertemente reprendido.
Luego de esta introducción seguimos grosso modo el esquema de las charlas presenciales que se han dado, comenzamos hablando de las posibilidades que hay en Hive, gracias a que se encuentra construida sobre la web 3.0 la cual nos permite ser propietarios de ciertos activos, entre los que se encuentra la criptomoneda que en este proyecto lleva el mismo nombre. Se explicó también la forma en que todos los que participamos de esta blockchain podemos optar para recibir incentivos en ella, por ello sobre todo se presentó a la plataforma como una red social en la que por crear contenido de calidad y original tenemos la opción de ser recompensados. Aquí, particularmente, traje a colación una reflexión que yonathan nos había compartido y es que mientras en las redes tradicionales compartimos contenido y tenemos 0% de posibilidad de recibir algo por ello, en Hive al menos esta posibilidad siempre está allí, por eso, cuando me pidieron un mensaje final el consejo que di fue que hagamos las cosas con pasión, porque nos gusta, ya que cuando esto está presente lo demás se va dando paulatinamente.
Entre otras cosas que comentamos en la radio, pues les pedí a los muchachos fuera una conversación más natural, fue muy interesante y emocionante el presentar algunas de las diversas comunidades en Hive, puesto que es motivar precisamente talentos específicos que las personas pueden tener: pintura, canto, cocina, escritura, etc. Por otra parte, todos los Hivers que nos hicimos presente somos líderes de comunidades, de las cuales también hablamos en el transcurso del programa, estas son Holus&Lotus donde está yonathan, Hive's Red Carpet, con Zully Family&friends , dirijida por José y su esposa y Humanitas moderada entre otros por César y mi persona. Finalmente, siento que cumplimos con la misión que era dar a conocer a grandes rasgos la plataforma y darles la posibilidad de participar en ella. También es de resaltar la sintonía que tuvo la radio desde otros lugares, algunos hivers nos hicieron llegar su mensaje y compartieron su emoción de escuchar como Hive estaba expandiéndose de muchas formas. Challenge accomplished
I will not lie to you by telling you that our presence on the radio was an easy task since it was not only about talking about Hive but also about condensing content that is complex for those who have never heard anything about blockchain technology. On the other hand, being a religious medium, we started by referring to a biblical parable: the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), in which Jesus Christ speaks of a manager who gave various talents to three servants, one 5, another 3 and the last 1. The first two multiplied what was given to them and were congratulated on the return of their master but the third did nothing but bury what was given to him, he was strongly reprimanded.
After this introduction we roughly followed the outline of the face-to-face talks that have been given, we began by talking about the possibilities that exist in Hive, thanks to the fact that it is built on web 3.0 which allows us to be owners of certain assets, among which is the cryptocurrency that in this project bears the same name. It was also explained how all of us who participate in this blockchain can opt to receive incentives in it, so above all the platform was presented as a social network in which for creating quality and original content we have the option to be rewarded. Here, I particularly brought up a reflection that yonathan had shared with us and that is that while in traditional networks we share content and we have a 0% chance of receiving something for it, in Hive at least this possibility is always there, so when I was asked for a final message the advice I gave was that we do things with passion because we like it. After all, when this is present the rest is given gradually.
Among other things we talked about on the radio, I asked the guys to have a more natural conversation, it was very interesting and exciting to present some of the different communities in Hive, since it is precisely to motivate specific talents that people may have: painting, singing, cooking, writing, etc. On the other hand, all of us Hivers who were present are leaders of communities, which we also talked about during the program, these are Holus&Lotus where yonathan is, Hive's Red Carpet, with Zully Family&friends, directed by José and his wife and Humanitas moderated among others by César and myself. Finally, I feel that we fulfilled our mission, which was to make the platform known in general terms and to give you the possibility to participate in it. La celebración
Luego de la radio fui con Zully, César y Arianny a tomarnos un café, Jonathan y José no nos pudieron acompañar. Me gustó mucho este compartir porque además de hablar de la experiencia vivida tocamos varios temas, uno muy particular fue constatar como la comunidad de Hive es una de las más fuertes dentro de los proyectos que nos dan la oportunidad de recibir incentivos por nuestras publicaciones.
Una de las razones que constatamos es que muchos de sus usuarios estamos comprometidos con darla a conocer. Aquí me gustaría añadir una reflexión, y es que luego del azote fuerte de la pandemia que nos tenía a muchos confinados en la casa, ahora tenemos una oportunidad de fortalecer más la plataforma desde la presencia física en varios espacios y eventos, lo cual es importante para darle más confiabilidad a este grandioso proyecto.
De igual manera, ahora tenemos la ventaja de conocernos personalmente, lo que estrecha lazos de amistad y el poder ayudarnos mutuamente más fácilmente. Aquí se cumple el dicho de que "Solos vamos más rápido, pero juntos llegamos más lejos" Esta vez fue la radio, mañana vendrán otros espacios y medios, lo importante es mantener viva la llama que nos impulsa a seguir hablando y enseñando sobre Hive.
The celebration
After the radio I went with Zully, Cesar and Arianny to have a coffee, Yonathan and Jose could not join us. I enjoyed this sharing because, in addition to talking about the experience, we also touched on several topics, one, in particular, was to note how the Hive community is one of the strongest within the projects that allow us to receive incentives for our publications.
One of the reasons we found is that many of its users are committed to making it known. Here I would like to add a reflection, and that is that after the strong scourge of the pandemic that had many of us confined to the house, we now have an opportunity to further strengthen the platform from the physical presence in various spaces and events, which is important to give more reliability to this great project.
Likewise, we now have the advantage of knowing each other personally, which strengthens the bonds of friendship and makes it easier for us to help each other. Here the saying "Alone we go faster, but together we go farther" is fulfilled. This time it was the radio, tomorrow other spaces and media will come, the important thing is to keep alive the flame that drives us to continue talking and teaching about Hive.

Sin duda que fue todo un reto, debo decir que el formato de radio me gusta pero a diferencia de la charla que tuvimos con las personas de la comunidad, es que de manera presencial puedes mirar sus rostros. En radio la magia radica en captar la atención de la audiencia.
Creo que no hablo solo por mí cuando digo que fue un placer poder apoyarte y acompañarte en estás actividades de difusión y educación de la web3 y en específico de Hive.
Aunque ya te lo dije, quiero dejar evidencia de mi palabras: considero que la parábola de los talentos es ideal. Porque, aunque historicamente el talento sea una moneda, hoy podemos entender la palabra talento es sinónimo de aptitud, y como todo ser humano tenemos aptitudes que podemos expresar y Hive es el mejor lugar para expresarte.
Creo que estamos haciendo un bonito trabajo de difusión en la ciudad de Barquisimeto.

Saludos, César sí la radio es un medio que no es fácil porque lo más importante es precisamente ese impacto que se logra en los oyentes, sin embargo, me parece logramos lo esencial que es sembrar esa semilla de inquietud ante este nueva "revolución" del internet.
Sobre la parábola de los talentos tienes razón, se aplica perfectamente respecto a lo que queremos, que es que las personas encuentren un lugar donde expresar todos esos dones que Dios nos ha dado.
Totalmente, es una bonita y atractiva energía, creo que lo que le da fuerza don esos objetivos comunes que mantenemos.

Estoy seguro que no es nada fácil hablar en radio sobre un proyecto como Hive, particularmente en una emisora perteneciente a la arquidiócesis, y aún más, cuando muchas personas desconocen la tecnología blockchain o tienen conceptos errados o prejuicios previos sobre las criptomonedas y su uso.
