Desde hace un par de semanas tenía pensado hacer algo parecido y hablarles un poco de mí, pues algunos han visto mis publicaciones, pero no saben de Vanessa. De hecho, muchos piensan que soy hombre por el “Vezo” 😂.
Hello everyone! Very happy that the @aliento project has organized this initiative to talk about what we are most passionate about. Since a couple of weeks ago I was thinking of doing something similar and tell you a little about me, because some have seen my publications, but do not know about Vanessa. In fact, many think I'm a man because of the "vezo" 😂.
Ese seudónimo se forma al unir las iniciales de mi nombre completo. Ya estoy acostumbrada a que me pregunten “¿qué tal todo brou?”, “amigo, ¿cómo estás?”. El Vezo lo tengo en todas mis redes sociales y me han sugerido cambiarlo por la confusión, pero a mí me gusta demasiado como para hacerlo… ya veremos.
This pseudonym is formed by joining the initials of my full name. I'm used to being asked "what's up brou", "my friend, how are you? I have the Vezo in all my social networks and I have been suggested to change it because of the confusion, but I like it too much to do it... we'll see.
Las dos imágenes de las esquinas son parte de una pintura, la del medio es un dibujo ilustrado que nunca terminé. Pensé en eliminarlo y botar el dibujo a mano que me quedaba, pero no lo hice. Un primo que es artista plástico me dio un consejo sabio: "Nunca botes lo que hagas. Si te bloqueaste en el momento, déjalo. Luego lo retomas con calma".
The two corner images are part of a painting, the middle one is an illustrated drawing that I never finished. I thought about eliminating it and throwing away the remaining hand drawing, but I didn't. A cousin who is a artist gave me some sage advice: "Never throw away what you do. If you get blocked in the moment, let it go. Then you try it again calmly".
Evidentemente, yo no soy artista plástica como él jajajaja 😂 así que ese "momento" se convirtió en varios años. La pintura para mí es un desahogo. Pero igual adjunto esto aquí porque creo que la reflexión aplica para todo en la vida. Nunca dejen de intentarlo. Y no, necesariamente, todo lo que hagas debe quedar "perfecto". Te puede servir para crear otra idea.
Evidently, I'm not a plastic artist like him hahahaha 😂 so that "moment" turned into several years. Painting for me is an outlet. But I still attach this here because I think the reflection applies to everything in life. Never stop trying. And not necessarily everything you do must be "perfect". You can use it to create another idea.
Estoy activa en la Blockchain desde 2018 a través de Steemit. Luego me mudé a #Hive como toda la comunidad. En la introducción que hice en aquel tiempo casi no hablé de mí. Me faltó una comunidad como Aliento para que me guiara en el proceso, todo lo fui descubriendo a punta de errores y aún me falta por conocer, me quedan dudas aún que debo aclarar para mejorar más en la plataforma. Así que le agradezco a las personas que fundaron este proyecto porque los nuevos que se vayan incorporando poco a poco, no estarán tan perdidos como yo lo estuve al principio.
I've been active on the Blockchain since 2018 through Steemit. Then I moved to Hive like the whole community. In the introduction I made at that time I hardly talked about myself. I lacked a community like Aliento to guide me in the process, I was discovering everything at the point of mistakes and I still lack to know, I still have doubts that I must clarify to improve more on the platform. So, I thank the people who founded this project because the new ones that will join little by little, will not be as lost as I was at the beginning.

Mis pasiones son cantar, escribir, tomar fotos, tocar piano, la naturaleza y los animales. Y no necesariamente en ese orden… aunque lo primero que va en la lista, definitivamente, es la música y la escritura creativa.
My passions are singing, writing, taking pictures, playing piano, nature and animals. And not necessarily in that order... although at the top of the list, definitely, is music and creative writing.
Nací en el estado Miranda, Venezuela. Estudié comunicación social, la cual denominé “la carrera de profesión”. El arte siempre estuvo presente desde el principio en mi vida, eso es lo que me apasiona de verdad. Mi papá es músico y tengo, además, varios familiares que pertenecen al mundo de las artes.
I was born in Miranda state, Venezuela. I studied social communication, which I called "the career of profession". Art was always present in my life from the beginning, that is what I am really passionate about. My father is a musician and I also have several relatives who belong to the world of the arts.
Desde muy pequeña sabía que lo mío era crear: dibujaba y pintaba mucho, escribía poemas, historias y canciones desde los 8 años. Además de haber estudiado comunicación, estudié música y canto, así que no abandoné mi raíz. Desde muy pequeña me fascinaba todo lo relacionado a la voz.
Since I was very young, I knew that my thing was to create: I drew and painted a lot, I wrote poems, stories and songs since I was 8 years old. Besides having studied communication, I studied music and singing, so I did not abandon my essence. From a very young age I was fascinated by everything related to the voice.
Desde siempre me apasionó la idea de tener un canal en Youtube y un blog para plasmar todas las cosas que amo en varias secciones. Hace tiempo, como en el 2011, me creé por primera vez mi página de Facebook y la publiqué un par de años después cuando hice mi tesis sobre fotografía artística.
I've always been passionate about the idea of having a Youtube channel and a blog to capture all the things I love in various sections. Some time ago, like in 2011, I created my Facebook page for the first time and published it a couple of years later when I did my thesis on artistic photography.
Cuando una amiga me habló de Steemit / Hive, me enamoré de la idea, ella sabía lo mucho que me gustaba crear contenido y me dijo que aquí tendría la oportunidad de que lo valoraran más. En otras plataformas necesitaría atraer a demasiada audiencia para generar ingresos y no desperdiciar contenido. Además, me pareció muy interesante lo descentralizada que estaba esta red social, no como el sistema habitual de Twitter, Facebook o Instagram. Así fue cómo decidí colocar el fuerte de mi contenido aquí.
When a friend told me about Steemit / Hive, I fell in love with the idea, she knew how much I loved creating content and told me that here I would have the opportunity to be valued more. On other platforms I would need to attract too much audience to generate income and not waste content. Also, I found it very interesting how decentralized this social network was, not like the usual Twitter, Facebook or Instagram system. That's how I decided to place most of my content here.
Lo que más he mostrado en mi blog por la cadena de bloques ha sido la escritura creativa en combinación con la fotografía, pero poco a poco iré añadiendo nuevas secciones de contenido musical y artístico para mostrarles más de lo que me apasiona hacer. Por eso el título con el que defino lo que hago es Expresión Creativa.
What I have shown most on my blog for the blockchain has been creative writing in combination with photography, but little by little I will be adding new sections of musical and artistic content to show you more of what I am passionate about doing. Como amante de los animales siempre he estado rodeada de ellos, sobre todo, de los perros y los gatos. Estos últimos son los que más amo y sé que de mayor seré la loca de los gatos en una casa grande. Actualmente, tengo dos gatas: Niña Cristina y Perla Margarita. La primera es mi hija y la segunda es mi hermana (porque es hija de mi mamá). La de la tercera foto, era mi primera gata. Murió en el 2011 y no saben la falta que me hace. Era una belleza, esponjosa, súper dulce y tranquila.
As an animal lover I have always been surrounded by animals, especially dogs and cats. Cats are the ones I love the most and I know that when I grow up I will be the crazy cat lady in a big house. Currently, I have two cats: Niña Cristina and Perla Margarita. The first one is my daughter and the second one is my sister (because she is my mom's daughter). The one in the third picture was my first cat. She died in 2011 and I can't tell you how much I miss her. She was a beauty, fluffy, super sweet and calm.
