বন্ধুরা, আশা করছি শীতের উষ্ণতায় সবাই ভালো এবং সুস্থ আছো। যেহেতু এখন শীতকাল আর শীতকালের সবজিগুলো তুলনামূলকভাবে একটু বেশী স্বাদের হয়। তাই আজ আবার আমি তোমাদের সাথে আমার পছন্দের একটি সবজির রেসিপি শেয়ার করবো। এটি হলো পাতাকপি। পাতাকপি আমাদের অনেকের কাছে বেশ পছন্দনীয়, বিশেষ করে এর ভাজি।
আজকের রেসিপিটি তৈরী করবো চিকেন এর সাথে। হয়তো অনেকে মাংস দিয়ে পাতাকপি ভাজি খেতে পছন্দ করেন, কিন্তু আজকের রেসিপিটিও তাদের কাছে ভালো লাগবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস। চলুন দেখি তাহলে ভিডিওটি-

ভাই আমাদের এ জায়গায় আঞ্চলিক ভাষায় পাতাকপি কে রাজ হাঁসের খাদ্য বলে মনে করে কিন্তু আমি আসলে পছন্দ করি পাতাকপি ভাজি আমি অনেক পছন্দ করি এবং আপনি আপনার পাতাকপি ভাজি একটি ভিডিও শেয়ার করলেন এটার জন্য আপনাকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ আসলে আপাকা খুবই ভালো এবং তার সাথে যদি কোন মাছ ভাজা হয় তাহলে কিন্তু খাওয়ার মজাটা একটু অন্যরকম হয় তাই না

ভাই আজকে সকালেও পাতাকপি ভাজি দিয়ে ভাত খেয়েছি।কিছুদিন আগে গ্রামের পাতাকপি ক্ষেতও ভ্রমণ করেছি।তো মাংস দিয়ে খুব ভালো করে ভাজছেন। মনে হয় খুব সুস্বাদু হয়েছে।
