“ENGLISH”

Hello beautiful community of catharsis, I am delighted to write for you again. Sometimes I share my sorrows and anguish and other times like today I share another kind of emotion full of well-being.

One of the things I like about myself physically is my smile, I love to smile, I really laugh at everything, I think you can rarely see me angry, I always keep my joy despite the sad things that may happen to me, so I always show my face to the world with a better smile.

Before my teeth were not very pretty, and I wanted to change that, they really bothered me a lot, especially in the most difficult time of adolescence, where much attention is paid to things a little superficial how is the physical appearance. For that reason my parents took me to an orthodontist and I had to wear what we commonly call braces or brackets from the age of 11 to 15. I did not feel uncomfortable at all, on the contrary I was happy that I could have a nice smile, and over time I liked having them, because nowadays I notice that not many people like them or feel uncomfortable.

After leaving those 5 years of my treatment with the brackets, I really loved how my teeth were fixed after all. It is normal that after so much time using brekest, they send you some retainers, which are to keep the teeth stuck together, I had to wear them every night, and I had to take them off only to eat, but the reality is that I forgot them, then the retainers broke due to an oversight I had.

After a while, for that reason, one side of my smile began to separate and I reached a point where I felt uncomfortable because of that separation, because I did not like that side, I felt that they saw that side when I talked to someone because in person it was very noticeable, or at least that was my appreciation and I was very upset with myself for not having complied with the treatment to the letter.

Today after so much time and after raising some money I decided to go to the dentist to change that, which may be silly for others, but for me it was frustrating, since my indiscipline had caused that notorious separation.

The thing is that today I was able to go to my best friend's sister who is a dentist, who along with a cleaning and whitening solved my problem in the best way, ending with that gap that bothered me and I really loved the work she did, I am very happy to have my smile complete again😃.

If you had or have brakest do not stop using the retainers so that it does not happen to you as it did to me that I did not give the importance nor the due use, that's why we must make the most of the opportunities that come our way. And do not forget that always with a perfect smile or not the best medicine for the soul is to smile, sometimes a smile to someone who needs it can change your life. 👍.
