Mountains (part 8)

Trying to reassure her, I tell her: 'For me absolutely nothing changes, it's certainly not a pram that changes things, in fact maybe it helps when you're tired of walking'.
Thus began our outings in the wheelchair. I still remember the initial embarrassment and the subsequent discomfort and inner anger at being embarrassed.
I can't bear to be embarrassed about something I don't need to be embarrassed about. The anger spreads to others and as I push her in the wheelchair I think: "Bastards, they stand by and do nothing.
I'm here with Adriana in this condition and they just stand there, dumbfounded, continuing to do what they're doing or even worse they start talking to me with an air of pitiful pity that pisses me off even more'.
The internal dialogue continues: "But how dare you judge others, what do you know about their suffering and problems? They are also dealing with some illnesses'.
The absurd thing is that I can't express it, I don't know how to do it, who to tell and I don't feel worthy of venting my anger on someone. The conflict is within me, I have to resolve it within myself. I am alone, misunderstood.
I resume the inner dialogue: 'But who do you want to vent it out to? With that old lady who is saying that your mother, poor thing, didn't deserve this? Who could understand me? Who could understand this state of mind of mine in which I find myself obliged, on the one hand, to help Adriana and, on the other, to help myself and grow up'.
Inside me a new challenge, a new struggle opens up. In this anger and anguish, I am sometimes saved from believing that somehow Adriana would manage to save herself and heal. With all my strength I try to leave hope open inside me and in her heart, despite medicine says otherwise. Medicine speaks of the body, says that the body will turn into a vegetable, into a dry sapling without movement. The sentence is too great a burden on us, unjust, untrue.
In those years, every time we turn to a specialist, apart from failing to find a solution to the illness, he leaves us with a ....

Montagne (parte 8)

The anger of being ashamed

Almost as if it were an emotion external to me, in those years I was learning to deal with new emotions, they seemed induced. They seemed like thoughts not generated by my Consciousness, but coming from outside, I found them somewhat exogenous to me, yet I accepted them as having been generated by me. Certainly as creators of the Universe all creation is generated by ourselves and often even what comes from outside is nothing more than what we cannot understand and see. In those years I learned to deal with it all with anger, and a bit of resignation. Today I can say that what counts most is acceptance, comfirming that the moment we accept thoughts, whether they are exogenous or internj, at that moment they no longer stick, they no longer stick to consciousness but slip away, inexorably. As long as I resisted, those thoughts also resisted. Now I have several ways to make them evaporate, to annihilate them: the first is meditation, the second is a walk in nature, the third a bath of at least 15 minutes in water below 10 degrees, the fourth is to use the sword of consciousness and cut off the head of each of the thoughts that create unnecessary suffering, the fifth I have yet to try, it could be fasting and last but not the leasty write a song.

The story [Ita]

You have just read a page from my story as an Italian romantic songwriter. This story is the tale of a boy, between 1998 and 2002, riding in his LPG SW Regatta. It is now also translated into English and I add half a page to tell the connection after 20 years with life now.

One song per page

At the time there were only about ten Regata Collective songs, now there are at least 400 posted on you tube. So each page will be accompanied by a song lasting about as long as it takes to read the page.

Buy the NFT and the pdf or hard copy

A hard copy of the book costs 30 hive, write to me below and I will send it to your home, or if you just want a pdf copy it costs 20 hive. Each copy generates one FDR per month, FDR is a project https://www.fdreserve.com, the most ecological blockchain project.
