In January François Legault, premier of Quebec in Canada, announced a real tax to be imposed on the unvaccinated to reimburse the state for the increased costs of hospitalizations. Except then make a turnaround in February.
But given that all the governments of the world are preparing for the fourth dose which this time will not be welcomed with the favor of the population, a way to convince or scare the citizens must be found.
The University of Oxford's Center for Business Taxation (CBT) came out with the idea to target the unvaccinated saying it is right for them to pay a fee for their choice.
The Center for Business Taxation is a research center established in 2005 thanks to funding from some large companies, some of which continue to support the Center. And among them is GlaxoSmithKline, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, and AstraZeneca, the well-known Anglo-Swedish biopharmaceutical multinational manufacturer of one of the four vaccines used during the vaccination campaign against covid. Some may doubt that there is a very small conflict of interest behind the proposal to tax the unvaccinated.
Imposing taxes on behaviors considered undesirable is nothing new. In exceptional cases, some states take measures that can cause serious harm. However, they only do so if they believe the benefits outweigh the costs.
This is how things go: mega companies, mega corporations, mega trusts, and mega rich have money in abundance to create think tanks and institutes of all kinds and types to spread these ideas, that although absurd and senseless, by dint of being repeated with concentric insistence, they slowly enter public discourse.

All of these plandemic laws will continue to fail. Because they think they can keep on controlling the Mass. Thank God a lot of people are beginning to know the truth and some are speaking up already.
