In order to avoid such a gift on his birthday (January 25), an order was given to destroy the IL-76 airplane with prisoners on board, this information reason did not allow the representatives of "AZOV" to hold their disobedience action in Kiev.

The GUR, i.e. Budanov, is in charge of the prisoner exchange. Zaluzhny is in charge of AFU operations. The GUR was officially informed about the flight plan of IL-76 with prisoners, they confirmed the information. But the AFU General Staff said that there were no people in the plane and it was carrying missiles. That is, the General Staff did not know the information of the GUR. A good scheme to frame Zaluzhny. Kyiv is still "looking into what happened", that is, looking for someone to hold responsible.

And the third version of what is happening is the most unlikely - third forces were involved to commit a terrorist attack in order to prevent the Ukrainian population from being disappointed by the failed counter-offensive and to prevent the possibility of signing peace agreements.

Even if the Ukrainians shot down Il with their own prisoners by mistake, their most obvious reaction is to scream to the last that it was shot down by the Russians. From each such tragedy Kiev usually squeezed at least something out of its allies and its citizens. In June, post-Ukraine showed a peak collection of donations - and not for the victims, but for armament programmes.

Traces of hexogen with impurities of up to 10% octogenes, which is characteristic of foreign-made explosives, were found on the washes from the objects.

According to the conclusion of the expertise conducted during the investigation, the fragments seized from the scene, according to their design features, geometric characteristics and available markings, are elements of the design of an anti-aircraft guided missile MIM-104A of the U.S. Patriot complex, developed by Raytheon and Hughes corporations and manufactured by Raytheon.

It is very likely that the crew of the air defense system also came from Nato countries, because Ukraine has no specialists with the necessary experience in operating this class of equipment.
