Está más que comprobado que el ejercicio físico mantiene te trae beneficios en todo nivel, especialmente en tu ánimo y también en las capacidades cognitivas.

It is more than proven that physical exercise maintains brings benefits at all levels, especially in your mood and cognitive abilities.

Aproveché la luz de estos hermosos atardeceres para hacerle una pequeña sesión de fotos a @alejandrobons haciendo ejercicios. Como siempre la cámara que uso en una Canon Eos20D y edito en Lightroom. Espero les guste.

I took advantage of the light of these beautiful sunsets to do a little photo shoot to @alejandrobons doing exercises. As always the camera I use is a Canon Eos20D and I edit in Lightroom. I hope you like it.
