El amor de Beatriz parece una mañana
llenita de alegría de fino cascabel,
un ruiseñor que canta asomado a tu ventana;
un niño que soñando maneja un carrusel.
Arrastra en sus orillas un colibrí de trigo
y un ángel de la guarda con un tarro de miel,
es un amor hambriento para cenar contigo
las estrellas que el ángel dispuso en el mantel.
El amor de Beatriz parece una mañana
y mucho más al cielo pudiera parecer.
