I've met a lot of people who claim/pretend/swear they're focused... but aren't even close to it. It's an interesting phenomenon. ๐
I have too and I was one as well. I just cared what You (and others) thought too much back then. It didn't serve me and so I stopped lying about it and just do whatever feels great. Then I stay focused. โค๏ธ

Focus is something I am really working on, which is ironic since I am a policy and process guy. The funny thing is, that even with checklists, processes, and how-to's, it still doesn't change the fact that if a person isn't focused they really aren't making progress. The boxes won't get checked, process flows won't see outcomes, and how-to's sit unread.
