Hahah yeah true dat. I heard others also take fiber supplements to give themselves a feeling of being full so they eat less. I didn't research about it as much (tho fiber is also healthy for us) but maybe that's something you'd be interested in as well.
I am not taking supplements either. My husband won't allow me. During breastfeeding years, I was just eating a lot. Taking proteins from meats, calcium from cheeses or milk, and vitamins from fruits or veggies. But the pills really made me gain weight after. XD I just ate raclette for 2 nights and I am super bloated now. Hehe!
For now, not really minding about calorie deficit but I will try my best to eat less. My appetite is worth 2 people. ayayay!
