La pasta es un alimento mundialmente famoso, no conozco a nadie, pero absolutamente a nadie que no le guste, con ella podemos resolver rápidamente cualquiera de nuestras comidas y todo el mundo queda feliz y satisfecho, hoy es uno de esos días que no cuento con mucho tiempo para cocinar y decidí preparar unos macarrones con carne y vegetales, como siempre mi sobrino Diego pidió repetir y me dijo que todavía le quedaba espacio para un postrecito.
Pasta is a world famous food, I do not know anyone, but absolutely no one who does not like it, with it we can quickly solve any of our meals and everyone is happy and satisfied, today is one of those days that I do not count With a lot of time to cook, I decided to prepare some macaroni with meat and vegetables, as always my nephew Diego asked to repeat and told me that he still had room for a little dessert.

Ingredientes:

400 qm. de macarrones

1 rama de cebollín
Concentrado de tomate
2 ajíes dulce
1 zanahoria
1 berenjena
3 dientes de ajo
½ remolacha
Aceite onotado
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Agua cantidad necesaria

Ingredients:

400 qm. macaroni

1 branch of chives
Tomato concentrate
2 sweet peppers
1 carrot
1 eggplant
3 garlic cloves
½ beet
Achiote oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Water required quantity

Cocinamos los macarrones que nos queden al dentes.

Primero salteamos el cebollín, el ajo, los ajíes y la berenjena. La berenjena es un producto que se cosecha mucho en mi pueblo y le dicen la que rinde los guisos, afortunadamente a todos en la casa les gusta.
First we sauté the chives, garlic, chili peppers and aubergine. Eggplant is a product that is harvested a lot in my town and the one that makes the stews tells you, luckily everyone in the house likes it.

Agregamos la carne y salpimentamos

Incorporamos el concentrado de tomate, la zanahoria y la remolacha rayada, integramos con una paleta todos los ingredientes y lo dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos.
Add the tomato paste, the carrot and the striped beet, combine all the ingredients with a paddle and let it cook for 15 minutes.

No sé si realmente les gusta a todas las personas, yo conozco a quienes no les gusta tanto, aunque aún así lo comen, pero a mí personalmente me encanta la pasta, sobre todo la larga y ni hablar del pasticho, que es el nombre con que se le conoce en el resto del mundo (creo que solo en Venezuela le decimos pasticho). Un dato interesante es que después de Italia que es la tierra del espagueti por excelencia, el país en el que se come más pasta en todo el mundo (al menos en proporción a su cantidad de habitantes) es Venezuela, quizá debido a eso de que a todos nos gusta. Buen post, se ve muy sabroso en las imágenes, más aún con esas tajadas de plátano frito. Saludos.

Afortunadamente en casa a todos nos gusta la pasta y el plátano frito si no lo hago me lo reclaman jajaja.
