In the middle of the wave of love that I feel when doing these publications of gratitude, of the love that my friends put to it (like @ilazramusic, @dimeshana, @amma21, @sugarelys, and others), of the love that I see that @vaneaventuras put to it when inventing this great initiative I ask myself: have I always been grateful with my health?

In the midst of a global pandemic, which is generated by a disease that primarily affects the respiratory system of the person who has it, have I really been grateful for my health? Since I was very young, 18 days old, I have suffered from respiratory problems, various types of allergies and problems that derive from it, such as severe flu, bronchospasm and even sinusitis. But thanks to a friend of my mom's, who when I was 9 years old, sent me along with her 8 year old son to do some very specific tests to find out what was bothering us both that we were repeating the medical pictures so often. It turned out to be a bacterium that we both had, because we shared a lot together I guess, and it was treatable, no less than dying. I remember that they gave us a very long, very boring treatment with several injections and many medicine tablets because, well, we were already big children and we had to drink that type of medicine and not syrups like babies do. After this long process, I have enjoyed quite acceptable health, I get sick little (flu, allergies from time to time, I think), I take care of myself too.

Entonces, ¿he sido agradecida antes?

So, have I been grateful before? Am I grateful now? I consider that not at all, as much as I take care of myself by taking more natural and less abrasive medications like chemicals, I neglect important things like exercising regularly and a balanced diet, I eat too much after hours and I don't sleep what my doctor @abrham03 recommends, however, little by little I have managed to lose weight, I have achieved several things but there is still a long way to go and so I will be 100% grateful with my health, both physical and mental.

Y soy tu doctor, o sea. Jajajaja 😌
