Hello community, I made a video with the recipe of a pineapple cake that I think is spectacular. I hope you like it and you dare to prepare it.

The ingredients needed for this recipe are:

1 pineapple
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of the water where we previously cooked the pineapple
1 cup of melted butter
4 cups of leavened wheat flour.

Preparation:

The first thing we will do is to cut the pineapple and remove the husk, then put it to cook in water for a few minutes.

After the pineapple is slightly cooked, I will remove it from the water, I will reserve a cup of this water and the rest I will continue cooking it with sugar until forming a syrup.

We put the syrup in the cake pan and there we carefully arrange the pieces of the pineapple that will serve as decoration, reserving some smaller pieces to add them to the cake dough later. We let the mold with the syrup cool down in the refrigerator while we go to prepare the cake dough.

Take the eggs and sugar to the blender, start blending and add the water from the pineapple and the melted butter.

We pass our mixture to a bigger cup and there we add the sifted wheat flour. We mix all the flour until it has no lumps and then we add the pieces of the pineapple that we had reserved.

We took our dough ready to the mold where we previously put the syrup, I added a little butter to the edges to make sure the cake does not stick. And we took it to the oven, at medium heat for an hour or until when we prick it with a knife or toothpick it comes out clean.

After that time we have our pineapple cake ready, it is important to unmold the cake while it is still hot so that the caramel that was formed at the bottom does not solidify and makes it difficult to unmold.

And that's how my pineapple cake is, very nice and delicious, we just have to enjoy it.

This is the whole recipe, thank you very much for visiting my blog and see you in another recipe.
