I don't know if this is directly a song about espresso but Tu Vuò Fa' L'Americano is one of my favorite Italian songs and it rocks.
The song was remade in 2010 by the Australian group Yolanda Be Cool with DCUP (Duncan MacLennan). This techno version was a big hit in Europe.
