Beehive Creative Contest | Mr. Director/Always at your side Hachiko.

Greetings to the entire Hive community.

Here I am making an appearance with my participation for @zord189's proposal to choose the movie that has caused the most fury in my life and although it was not just one I had to stop to think and decide for the best one.

Always at your side Hachiko.

This film was directed by Lasse Hallstrom and with this cast of actors, Richard Gere, Joan Allen and Sarah Roemer. He is a national: USA (2009).

A puppy of the Akita breed is sent to the United States by its Japanese breeder on request. The cage falls out of the transport vehicle and goes to a train station. There a university professor finds the dog that is slightly wounded. Try to help him and find where to leave him. Meanwhile he decides to take it home until he finds the owner to claim him.

As the days go by, no one claims the puppy and does not find anyone who wants to adopt him, he becomes attached to the pet and his wife refuses to keep him. The teacher and the puppy established a very strong bond, after days of play and love, so much so that they bathed together. Hachi accompanied him every day to the train station, saw the teacher disappear from the crowd and waited for him at the same station until he returned from work, they met again and walked home together.

The teacher had tried to keep his pet at home while he went to work, but nothing worked. The dog ended up escaping to accompany him to the train station and from there he did not move until his owner finished his workday and returned to the station.

One day, teaching at the university, the professor suffered a heart attack and died. His dog kept waiting for him at the station, until a family member took him back home. Despite this, the next day Hachi escapes and returns to the station to wait for his master. Seeing that he does not arrive, he spends day and night there.

The teacher's wife sells the house, moves to live with her daughter, and takes the dog. But still far from the house where they lived, the dog runs away on the way to the old house. However, seeing that another unknown family lived, he returned to the train station in search of his beloved owner.

He stays there and survives thanks to a hot dog vendor, a friend of the late professor, who is feeding him. The teacher's family witnessed how after many years, Hachi continued waiting for his owner in the station of always, until he grew old.

I have seen it three times, it seems to me a charming story, that affinity between the dog and its owner is very real, although many people think that it is fiction. I think I identify with this story because I had a dog and those pets are very faithful, after a while they seem to understand everything you say and feel they want to talk.

If you have not yet seen this extraordinary film, I invite you to sit in front of your favorite screen and enjoy this marvel of the seventh art.
