I made an improvement of the routine I did in my last post (Body Flow Series #8) and added the floorworks I did at Body Flow Series #8 - to complete a full-song routine of You Should See Me in A Crown by Billie Eilish.

I love how the routine turned out - the floor works at the beginning was really hard and I hurt my neck several times while practicing. It also took an effort when I started practicing with heels. It was additional weight, and they are like extension to my legs so I had to make adjustments.

What is Body Flow Series?

Body Flow series is a compilation of my appreciation and celebration for movement. It's a showcase of the strength, flexibility and musicality that I developed through 4 years of constant practice. I was not born with any of these abilities - I work hard to get to where I am now. It may not be the best, but I am a work-in-progress. I may never get to the level of the artists and athletes I aspire the most in my lifetime, but I love and enjoy every part of the journey.

My Body Flow series serves as a " documentation" of my commitment to consistently work to be better. I genuinely hope that it can inspire people to build habits that gives them joy and purpose. Consistency is always the key. Slow and steady will always give long term results. I hope you take this journey with me.

As for me, I see movement as a gift, and I will move until I can't anymore.

Very talent gal! You know am a little reluctant to climb on that pool coz last time it climb, it was on a coconut tree when it visited my honey, I fell my face to the ground good thing it was on the beach!!! 😂

haha. same. I never completely relieved my self out of that fear of falling.

but it would be a different scenario when training. because 1) you will have a spotter/teacher and 2) I never let my first-time students or training partner to climb without a crash mat

Conditioning exercises and slowly progressing to more difficult tricks will train your brain to think it's okay and you're safe. Eventually, you will be able to control the fear of hitting your face on the floor.

A crush mat sounds, especially if it's as thick as a mattress haha kidding!

For you to be able to hold your body up with extended legs, pretty strong upper body, especially core!

thank you @purepinay . But took me years to do it 😅
