I came here with a little gist
There is this girl, I knew her from when I was in school at my former school, and we bumped on each other just not long ago, and we exchanged number. we don't talk has of then but just recently after the number exchanged, we started talking chatting on Whatsapp and we discussed on meeting and knowing more about ourselves and how it has been since we haven't seen for about 3 years plus now. when she came, she said she sells night wears that I should patronize her and that was the period I was having issues with my bank so I explained to her. I thought she understood but she was only after selling off her market I guess. I was so sad when she told me the next day on Whatsapp that I clearly don't want to patronize her that if I want to I would have. she didn't know what I was passing through that period and didn't care to know or understands. I'm thinking if it's because of my appearance that makes her believe I had no issues with my bank but I was damn down that period. when she said that to me,I didn't say a word to her, should I have said anything?
She may have had her own genuining reason for her actions I believe

There is not much you can say or do in that type of situation, sorry to hear.
