We went to a beautiful cafe and decorated a small part of the cafe with balloons, candles and dried rose petals. We did these things in secret from my cousin who got the offer. Confidentiality was very important in this business. I undertook the task of inflating the balloons and lighting the candles in the final stage. My other cousins also placed candles, tied balloons, and sprinkled dried rose petals on the floor. We did these jobs as a mission. As if it is an organization company or doing a project that needs to be completed at work...

We waited for it to get dark for the candles to be visible. Then our groom-to-be called my cousin and invited him outside as if it were going to be a normal evening sit-in. When they set out, we got news. Lighting all the candles was the most challenging task for us. Because the lighters are hot, they are out of gas. Since my lighter ran out of gas, I lit the other candles using the candles I lit. It was a very difficult job. But I didn't mind if my fingertips burned a little so that my cousin, whom I grew up with as a sister and remembers the day I was born, would be happy.

My younger cousin took over the photography and video shooting after dark. Then he distributed photos and videos to all of us. This is a nice way of posting. In fact, in a way, the reason for all this was to share photos and videos. Because as everyone knows, happiness multiplies when shared.

When our couple arrived, the most played song in marriage proposals started playing on the loudspeaker of the cafe. Torches were lit. Following the path formed by the candles, they walked into the heart drawn with the candles. When they got here, the kneeling, marriage proposal, acceptance of the proposal and putting on the ring, clapping took place in order, quickly and with surprise. While all this was happening, fireworks were detonated.
Çiftimiz geldiğinde, kafenin hoparlöründen evlilik tekliflerinde en çok çalınan şarkı çalmaya başladı. Meşaleler yakıldı. Mumlarla çevrelenerek oluşturulan yolu takip ederek, mumlarla çizilen kalbin içine kadar yürüdüler. Buraya geldiklerinde, diz çökme, evlilik teklifi, teklifin kabulü ve yüzük takma, alkışlama aşamaları, sırayla, hızlıca ve şaşkınlıkla gerçekleşti. Tam bunlar olurken, bir yandan da havai fişekler patlatıldı.
After the celebrations were over, we ate the marriage proposal cake and left the young people alone. The next day, we made their engagement from home. Even though my heart hurts because I still see him as a small child, what matters is his happiness. I hope they will be happy together for life.
Kutlamalar bittikten sonra, evlilik teklifi pastasını da yiyip, gençleri baş başa bıraktık. Ertesi gün de evden nişanlarını yaptık. Ben hala onu küçük bir çocuk olarak gördüğüm için içim burkulsa da önemli olan onun mutluluğu. Umarım hayat boyu birlikte, mutlu olurlar.
