Las margaritas son flores muy populares por su belleza y sus hermosos colores. Estas lindas flores tienen mucha simbología. Dependiendo del color tienen un significado diferente, pero de manera general suelen ser asociadas con el optimismo y la alegría.

De manera personal estas flores tienen un significado muy especial ya que Margarita es el segundo nombre de mi querida madre, por eso cada vez que veo una margarita pienso en ella.

Cuando realizo mis paseos en búsqueda de nuevas flores me emociona encontrar margaritas; después de hacer tantas fotos como me sea posible, selecciono las mejores para enviárselas a mi madre quien se encuentra en Venezuela y a quien no he podido abrazar desde hace tres años.
Esta costumbre de enviarle flores, aunque sea de una manera virtual es mi manera de hacerle saber que siempre está en mis pensamientos y que la quiero y la extraño mucho, por eso este post está dedicado a la Margarita más linda de todas: Mi madre.

Daisies are very popular flowers because of their beauty and beautiful colors. These beautiful flowers have a lot of symbolism, depending on the color they have a different meaning but in general they are usually associated with optimism and joy. Personally these flowers have a very special meaning because Margarita is the middle name of my dear mother, so every time I see a daisy I think of her.
When I make my walks in search of new flowers I am excited to find daisies, after taking as many pictures as possible I select the best ones to send them to my mother who is in Venezuela and whom I have not been able to hug for three years. This habit of sending her flowers, even in a virtual way is my way of letting her know that she is always in my thoughts and that I love her and miss her very much, that's why this post is dedicated to the most beautiful Margarita of all: My mother.

Existen una gran variedad de margaritas que se diferencian por sus variadas formas y colores, las más populares son las margaritas blancas y las amarillas.

La margarita blanca simboliza la inocencia del amor, este simbolismo se deriva de la popular leyenda de arrancar uno a uno los pétalos de una margarita para descifrar si la persona es amada o no. El popular "me quiere, no me quiere" con el que muchas margaritas han perdido sus pétalos en manos de los enamorados.

Por otro lado, las margaritas amarillas simbolizan alegría. Los campos se ven muy hermosos cuando son vestidos por los hermosos colores de estas lindas flores.
Estas plantas son de la familia de los girasoles, de allí viene su parecido en cuanto a la forma de sus pétalos. Para cultivar margaritas se debe tener en cuenta que necesitan de una buena cantidad de luz solar y de mucha hidratación.

The white daisy symbolizes the innocence of love, this symbolism is derived from the popular legend of tearing off one by one the petals of a daisy to decipher if the person is loved or not. The popular "he loves me, he loves me not" with which many daisies have lost their petals in the hands of lovers.

On the other hand, yellow daisies symbolize joy. Fields look very beautiful when they are dressed by the beautiful colors of these pretty flowers.
These plants are from the sunflower family, hence their resemblance in the shape of their petals. To grow daisies you should keep in mind that they need a good amount of sunlight and a lot of hydration.
