It seems that the term "use case" is thrown around in crypto circles, and you tend to wonder if people understand what "use case" really means.

I feel that this means that the token in question has some intrinsic value other than just to HODL. (Hold on for dear life).

Some tokens are perfect for HODL purposes but can you use them to acquire something, be it goods or services?

One token, I feel, stands out from the crowd when it comes to the "use case" on the Hive Engine.

That is the CTP Token.

There has been a new infographic put out by @jongolson today that breaks down the use case of the CTP token.

As you can see, the CTP token has a number of uses.

*First and foremost, it is the token of the CTPTALK community. You earn CTP for writing and publishing in the CTP Talk platform.

*It is now a tipping bot. You can use it to reward good content that you find anywhere on Hive.

*If you are a user of Hivepay.io, you can save a significant amount on your transaction fees just by staking your CTP tokens.

*The INDEX token utilizes CTP tokens for INDEX holders to submit proposals for investment proposals for holders to vote on.

*Stake CTP on ListNerds.com and earn for reading emails. It also provides you with increased voting power on member's mails.

The rumors on the street are that there are even more use cases coming to the CTP token. One of which will be announced on November 28, 2022.

Now is the time to buy and hold CTP.

Indeed, CTP is one of those layer 2 tokens with many use cases!
If other second-layer tokens have more than two use cases, I'd really like to see a similar infographic about them. Would save some time when doing research to see it all in one look!
