I do about five posts per week on average. I decided to take weekends off a long time ago and that has really helped me avoid burning out. Comments on the other hand are a different story. I do a ton of those each week!

This seems like a good habit. Whenever I try to make 7 posts per week, I can feel it's not sustainable. I should maybe also try 5 per week :-)
