One week ago we have emitted and distributed the CTPSB token. The one thing I can say is that everything is going according to plan!
Let's look at the core numbers

Of course the increase is maybe not really representative and it would be wrong to expect a yearly return of 56%. But let's be honest where can you get a return even close to that on the Hive blockchain!
In addition, by buying the token you support the whole community and help them to grow faster. It's a positive circle where all members of the CTP swarm get these upvotes, they can increase their Hive Power and in return give more powerful upvotes...

A big thank you to all the people who still set the CTPSB account as beneficiary of their posts. They are helping the project in a very important manner. Together with the author rewards of the posts, these rewards provide Hive Power that is added to the account and also liquid hive that is filling the buy back fund which already has 100 Hive in it. This fund is there to buy back tokens when the market maker runs out of liquidity. It's a buffer that enables us to face situations where a lot of people want to sell their token without needing to power down the account.
Comments with the @ctpsb account
On the last post of the @ctpsb account, @aslehansen suggested that I answer your comments with the @cptsb account. Like that you can upvote these comments and it will fill the account. This is not really the case for Hive but it's the case for leo and ctp. With these tokens you can earn quite well from commenting.

For me, the benefits of these coins for the authors of the posts are obvious, but I did not understand, what is the benefit, apart from the increase in the value of the coin, for the curator-owners of the coins? When you hold the CTPSB token, you become part owner of the underlying @ctpsb account and it's Hive Power (tokenized asset). This means that you participate in all the revenues of the account. This account has several income sources. It earns curation rewards from the own Hive Power, from the delegations. Thanks to regular posts, it also earns author rewards and some people also set the account as beneficiary. The result is that since all the income is increasing the value of the account, it will also increase the value of each token. It's like a shareholder company that makes income and as a result all the share holders profit from a higher share value.
Since there are more income sources than for standard curation, it can be expected that the token progresses with quite a high APR.

The idea is to use the @ctpsb account to give answers to your comments. If people want to upvote these comments, it can generate value for Hive Engine tokens for the @ctpsb account. More tokens can be staked like that.
