HivePay.io was launched last week and so far, the response has been...Amazing!
Everyone agrees that this can become a game changer for the entire blockchain. The true power of crypto will be realized when we look at this stuff as actual currency and start spending it every day. We believe HivePay.io can be that bridge we need!
On top of all that, we introduced a little bonus for CTP Token holders too, in the form of discounts for staking the tokens. More use case for our little token that could :)
And of course, all Hive Engine tokens (that have volume) now get a boost for use case as well...Earn it, spend it :)
While that's been going on...I continued on #MyHiveGoals journey this past week, and will share with you how it went:
100,000 Hive Power
I love me some discounts! While Bitcoin soared this past week, Hive lost a bit which meant for me...Buying opportunity :)
Combined with the Hive Power Up Day, I was able to add quite a few tokens to my stash!
100,000 - 86,799.507 = 13,200.5 left to go!
This is getting very exciting!
I am crossing my fingers, but I think I'll be able to hit 100k by the end of the year...Or at least get VERY close :)

Have had to have a target from day one and have mini milestones that I have to achieve. Two months ago it was 50 Hive per day and now the target is 55 Hive per day. I think it makes it easier the more active you become and you just don't stop as it is just good fun.
Without a doubt. Consistency is the key. It we look at it as a job, we will likely quit.
Enjoying ourselves while knowing that we are doing all we can to change things and accumulating tokens along the way.
In the end, the key is to be well positioned for the next bull run.

LOL Man, I thought it would have been a miracle to reach 5000 when I first got started here....Amazing what happens when you just show up, build and ignore the noise.
There is a lot of wisdom in just putting our nose down and getting active. Those who buy into the noise end up getting frustrated and leaving.
I know what you mean. I was elated when I hit 500 and became a Minnow. It was a moment of accomplishment for me.

Yeah man, getting that little 'slider' on Steemit was a huge accomplishment for me...I felt like I had won the lotto when that unlocked lol
Oh man I forgot all about that. Yeah it was like heaven on Steemit. Could actually break up the votes.
Steempeak wasnt really around so Steemit.com was the only choice.

Thanks so much. Yeah it really does, 50k to now for me has seemed like a breeze. I've been getting great curation, delegation rewards and making my HP work for me. It really does snow ball!

Yes the APIs are causing a problem with the info feed meaning that Hivestats is wonky.
The LEO team spent a lot of time on it and determined it wasnt on their end. Thus, until the API code is totally solved, it will be messed up.
Khal was told they were close to completing it.

Awesome, thanks for the update....Yeah you never know how much you spend time on a site until it's not working like you are used to. Hive Stats was my go to for sure!
I certainly miss it too.
Each day I bet I was on there 20 times.

Hivepay was a kind of earthquake news on Hive and it certainly woke a lot of people up. I'm looking forward to seeing how this will evolve. It's nice that staking ctp will actually help to get cheaper fees :-). 13K HP in 6 weeks... still on track I believe ;-)
