Without joking, I'm in a similar position at the moment... Have some (possible) ideas but still hesitating a bit... Like you, I do a lot of things at the moment, but somehow, I have a feeling that I need some "core" that I can focus on (and around) that...
And thinking about something that will last for more than 3-4 years is almost mission impossible... But, I'm OK with that... Doing something for that time will open a door to something next...
I hope you will find your "idea" and I know that you will develop it greatly...

While writing the post after the video I had like the feeling that it's maybe an illusion to create something lasting for a long time. Maybe it should be something dynamic that evolves over time. Maybe the whole concept of evergeen has to be rethought on the face of the fast evolution that we see.
It's the same for me. At the moment I have the feeling that I'm doing a bit of everything without a real concept. I like it but I believe it could be done much better with a kind of focus around which everything turns.

Totally agree about this! Bringing something up from the past and putting on makeup will not make it different... It will come to the same point where it stopped before and did the same again...
It has to be different, it has to be dynamic, and it has to be appealing for new people, for new generations... I think that the last thing we mostly forget to think about... as we are getting old... lol...
