Steyr is the 3rd largest City in Upper Austria and has a very nice church and Castle by the Steyr and the Enns River. Steyr was build at the juncion of the Steyr and the Enns River and is the 3rd largest City in Upper Austria. Due to the Juncion of the two rivers a lot of buildings are right next to one of the two rivers and there is a long tradition leading back because of the Iron tradition. Celts settled the area from about 600 BC, the name of the Stiria River is of Celtic origin. Since it is only half an hour car drive away from my home place it is probably one of the closer places for me to visit.
