Hi guys and welcome to Hot water beach, coromandel, NZ

This is a very unique spot, and the water itself isn’t hot... however, the beach is over a geothermal area, so if you dig down into the sand you have a pool of hot water form! Your very own natural hot tub!:) it’s very hot too! There’s 2 hot water beaches that I know of here in NZ, the other is on the west coast.

A lovely shot looking up over the coromandel :) it’s known for its lovely coast and waters! A great holiday destination for all, and I think I’ll be spending a chunk of my summer here in about 4 months!:)
