uttakleiv beach in the lofoten islands in norway. previously i posted a photo facing east from this great but cold beach. this photo is from the same session but from further east looking back west. today may be the last day of the year you can see the magical midnight night sun from this north facing beach. we had the whole beach all to ourselves around noontime you won't be alone at midnight.
Those Islands are still on my to-visit list!
it's an amazing place for sure. i hope you get decent weather when you finally make it there. it is known to have along periods of bad weather but i have been there 3 times and each time has been fantastic.
