this photo is from stavern harbor as the evening sun is breaking through the rare summer evening fog. the red hut is the local office for the sea rescue company, the red and white boat behind it is the rescue boat. in norway sea rescue is a private business, mainly membership funded.

thanks a lot. this shot was taken a few years ago. morning fog is common enough here but when the sun breaks through the angle of it does not give the same effect. i keep waiting for another opportunity like this but i will just have to wait some more.
