UFC 263: Leon Edwards v Nate Diaz [12.06.2021]
UFC 263 is the third event with a crowd after the pandemic. This time in Glendale, Arizona.
Nate Diaz decided to pick up the gloves after a long absence from the octagon. He chose the underestimated Leon Edwards as his opponent in a welterweight fight. This fight will be almost certainly be for the contender position for both fighters. Even though this fight is not for a belt, it will be a five round event. Because Nate gets what Nate wants.
Leon deserves a go at the belt because he has an 8 fight wining streak. Nate can leverage his position as fan favourite to maybe get into a championship fight, even though his last fight was in November 2019 and ended in a loss against Masvidal.

Nate has broken my heart a few times now, but I can't help but root for him. When he's on, he's unbeatable. It's just a question of how long it take for hit to get into the groove.
I think there is a slight chance for Nate to jump the line for a title shot. If Nate can't get it, he might get a big fight against McGregor. If Conner loses against Poirier.
